White Wines

Brise-de-Mer^TM*
A dry table wine with a fresh, fruity bouquet. Featured grapes are Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscat. Try this refreshing white with spicy chicken dishes or pork. Great with mild cheeses.

Chamblaise^TM*
A fresh, crispy dry wine featuring the Chardonnay grape. Delicate floral notes on the nose with fresh, crisp apple flavours. Guests will enjoy this wine served with stuffed chicken breast or pork roasts.

Chardonnay
A medium-bodied wine, full of ripe fruit with an underlying hint of oak and a crisp finish. Excellent with pork, broiled seafood and your favourite chicken dish with cream sauce. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Piesporter
A light wine with a fragrant bouquet with refreshing, delicate, lush flavours accented by hints of honey. This delicate wine is fabulous with your favourite Asian dishes. Includes Elderflowers.

Pinot Grigio
A majestically soft, dry white wine that is low in acid with slight peach flavours. Try this smooth white wine with grilled and roasted chicken as well as shrimp and scallops.

Riesling
An aromatic white wine that is light in body but crisp in flavour. Enjoy dry or slightly sweetened. Excellent with salads and dips such as a cream cheese based crab dip. Includes Elderflowers.

Ruisseau BlancTM*
A Chardonnay blend boasting a delicate apple aroma. The flavours are complex, fresh and lively. An excellent wine along side smokey pork medallions, turkey and grilled fish.

Sauvignon Blanc
A dry, medium-bodied, delicate wine growing in popularity. Grassy, herbal notes dominate the nose and palate. Serve this sophisticated wine to compliment herbaceous chicken and seafood meals.

Soave
One of the most famous and popular Italian white wines. It is a fresh, fragrant and well-balanced wine that should be consumed young and well chilled. Pairs well with baked brie or roast turkey sandwiches.

Verdicchio
A crisp, dry white wine with an elegant aroma and flavour. A classic Italian wine that needs no aging. A great white wine for vegetarian or chicken pasta dishes with cheesy garlic bread.

White Bordailles^TM*
Smooth and delicate flavours are reinforced by a fruity bouquet featuring Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varietals. This traditional blend is great for grilled chicken sandwiches and crisp salads.

White Bourgeron^TM*
Medium-bodied with a crisp, clean finish and delicate bouquet. The feature grape variety is Chardonnay. This is a great wine for everyday. Serve with grilled chicken pasta and vegetarian meals.

Red Wines

Barolo
Deep in colour and high in tannin, this cherished Italian classic is full-bodied and robust with black fruit flavours. Serve this bold red with hearty stews and roast beef dinners. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

BergamaisTM*
A refreshing lighter red wine with full fruit flavours of cherries and berries produced using Gamay Noir. Enjoy young and slightly chilled. Excellent on its own or with pizza.

Cabernet/Merlot
Well known blend of rich, dry Cabernet and fruity soft Merlot. Warm, full-bodied with a berry bouquet. A steak sandwich would be exceptional with this popular blend. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The famous red wine is deep in colour with youthful tannins. Full of berry and black currant flavours. Serve with barbecued steaks and burgers. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Chianti
A classic wine traditionally from Tuscany. Very fruity and well rounded. An easy drinking red that is perfect with fresh pastas and antipasto. Includes Elderberrires.

Merlot
A smooth red wine boasting flavours of blackberry and plum. Pair this fun red with beef kabobs and grilled vegetables. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Pinot Noir
An elegant, dry wine with aromas of raspberry and cherry. Rich in complexity with velvety flavours full of spices and fruit. Try this red with lighter red meats and salmon.

Rioja Tinto
 Spain’s answer to Chianti, this deeply coloured wine has concentrated fruit with a medium body. Soft and mellow with moderate tannins. A great red for pizza, pasta and sausages.

Valpolicella
 Full, rich fruit flavours are in this ruby red Italian styled wine. Dry and medium-bodied, beef tenderloin and red sauce pastas match well with this flavourful red. Includes premium lightly-toasted oak.

Vieux Chateau du Roi^TM*
 A robust, yet smooth, full-bodied wine with a bouquet of ripe berries and flavours of plum. This wine ages well and can accompany stronger flavoured meats like game. Includes Elderberries.
